A little girl walks up to Oscar.
Oscar looks up and nods head "Not this shit again."
Girl "Oscar, how are you?"
Oscar "The IRS screwed me over, my only food are boots, and I live in a trash can."
Girl "I hope you get better."
Oscar "Give me some money, please, it would help"
Girl "So you could blow it on booze? Get a job, you fucking loser."
Girl flips off Oscar.
Oscar "You think about that when you go home and sleep!"
Girl "Your the dumbass that fucked up, It ain't my fault."
Oscar "You spoiled lil' brat!!!"
Girl "Oscar, why are you such a grouch?"
Oscar "BITCH I LIVE IN A FUCKING TRASHCAN!!!!"
Girl "Mhm, wuteve."
Oscar "HOW ELSE AM I SUPPOSE TO ACT?!?!"
Girl "Like you actually care about your self?"
Oscar "BITCH, YOU HAVE A FAMILY, I'M ON MY OWN!!"
Girl "True, have you ever tried to find your family?"
Oscar "Have you seen anymore green furry creatures around here?"
Girl "Bitch, I gave you advice, no need to sass me."
Oscar "Go back to Jersey Shore, you whore."

I thought it was good but maybe start off Oscar as his normal Sesame Street self, and escalate the "grouchiness" until it goes over the top with "BITCH I LIVE IN A FUCKING TRASHCAN! NO ONE"S HELPING ME!" Perhaps that way it'll give the punchline inspired from that Chappelle act, more "punch". And maybe make the girl more Sesame Street "innocent". But you took a darker interpretation, which is always fun to explore. Like the pic too.
