I thought it was good but maybe start off Oscar as his normal Sesame Street self, and escalate the "grouchiness" until it goes over the top with "BITCH I LIVE IN A FUCKING TRASHCAN! NO ONE"S HELPING ME!" Perhaps that way it'll give the punchline inspired from that Chappelle act, more "punch". And maybe make the girl more Sesame Street "innocent". But you took a darker interpretation, which is always fun to explore. Like the pic too.
About the girl, I was going to do that, but it seems more fucked up this way.
